Scrambled Legs was born out of a vision my partner and I had, to lead the way in offering a unique and exceptionally delivered transport service that lets us be part of your adventure.
We are super-keen, knowledgeable trampers, with years of experience working within the shuttle industry. The importance of the journey to and from the track can never be underestimated and we are dedicated to ensuring, from the get-go, that your experience with us is memorable and different.
Our name conveys what we are all about. Laid back with a great sense of humour but nonetheless professional. Based in the town of Brightwater, southwest of Nelson, we are a small kiwi company with a huge emphasis on great customer service and support of the local communities that we travel through every day.

Providing an on-demand shuttle service
Our business is to provide a shuttle service without the normal schedule barriers – our emphasis is on flexibility and as little time constraints as possible – free to stop for coffee, for breakfast, for photos, for that beer at the end of the track.
Providing an on-demand personal shuttle service that’s not just for trampers and mountain bikers, but group transport for any occasion. We can shuttle you to have lunch at a vineyard, visit Kaikoura, Hanmer Springs or even the hauntingly beautiful Denniston Incline.
We endeavor to support our local businesses. We are very aware of the positive contribution we can make to small businesses by stopping for a pie and coffee or an ice-cream instead of shooting through.
We can carry a maximum of 11 people plus driver in our air-conditioned mini bus. We have a brand new New Zealand designed and made luggage trailer and bike rack.
We also have a 4×4 Vehicle for up to 4 passengers for those harder to reach places that are off the beaten track.
OUR VISION & MISSION
We believe that in a country as beautiful as this, the start and finish of your adventure – how you get safely to and from the track start and finish, is every bit as important as the adventure itself.
We are all about quality – we are a small team but one that has a big emphasis on providing a genuine quality service, so our trips can be tailor-made to suit you. We love to give you ample time to savour the local coffee, topping up on your rocket fuel for the adventure ahead, or sip a craft beer with lunch when you finish the track.
There is always time – stop for those great photo opportunities.
We love to share our wilderness stories and hear yours so whether you are a tramper or a biker, or an awesome kiwi hut-bagger bush whacker, join us and share our unique backyard because our journeys are there for you to enjoy.
