Yes, we do, we aim to arrive 15 minutes after your flight arrival time to allow adequate time to collect your baggage. There is an $11.50 surcharge per pick-up and drop off.

Depending on the group size, this may be possible, please enquire at the time of booking.

We can carry up to 11 passengers plus our driver. We can cater for larger groups of up to 20 by arrangement. We also have a 4WD for up to 4 passengers for those harder to get to places that are off the beaten track.

We can carry up to 4 bikes on our NZ designed and made Shredder bike rack.

Adverse weather conditions may affect what time we can get you to the airport for your departing flight – ensure you allow for this.

If you are booking a return journey with us, we can store a small piece of luggage, maximum of 5kgs. This is a complimentary service and please ensure you label your luggage clearly.

The earlier the better! Booking several weeks or even months in advance is always encouraged to avoid disappointment.

No we don’t do car relocations, however, dependant on scheduled trips, we may be able to shuttle you from one end of a track to the other after you have dropped your car off. For example pick you up in Wainui and drop you in Marahau or pick you up at Lyell and drop you at Seddonville. Please give us a call or email to enquire.

We do not allow food to be consumed on the shuttle. However, water is allowed and there will be plenty of opportunity to stop for food and drinks.
